PAYER-INFORMED AI. PEOPLE IN CONTROL.
Grounded in payer guidance. Backed by human judgment.
Payer policies, provider manuals, and bulletins bring source-backed context to your billing workflow. DAS surfaces relevant payer requirements as you code the encounter invoice, helping your team catch issues before they become denials.
The claim agent consults available payer guidance alongside the clinical documentation. When information is missing, requirements conflict, or a correction needs judgment, it can flag the claim for human review with a clear reason.
A relevant payer policy identifies a documentation requirement for this billed service.

Know the price. Meet your enablement team.
Your first conversation is about making DAS work for your practice: your EMR, your forms, and your team. We map the fit, explain any additional work, and guide your setup. Looking to replace your EMR entirely? We’ll scope the full DAS platform with you.
A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Let’s make it clear.
Every practice works a little differently. We’ll help you understand where DAS fits yours.
What grounds the AI’s claims recommendations?
DAS uses original payer policy content and source references to inform encounter recommendations. The claim agent consults available payer guidance, which may be cached or researched from authoritative sources, alongside the clinical record. Missing information, conflicting requirements, or unsupported changes can be flagged for human review with a specific reason. Guidance availability and freshness depend on the source; this does not guarantee coverage or prevent every denial.
Can we see pricing before talking to someone?
Yes. The AI scribe with supported EMR integration is $99 per clinician per month. Managed RCM is 4% of insurance claim payments actually received, net of refunds and reversals, with the scribe included for participating clinicians. Patient payments are excluded from the RCM fee. Payment processing is separate; setup and service scope are confirmed before activation.
What does 0% credit card processing mean?
On eligible credit card transactions, a disclosed surcharge paid by the patient covers the processing cost instead of your practice paying it. This is a surcharge program, not a fee-free payment for the patient. Availability depends on your location and merchant setup. Debit and prepaid cards cannot be surcharged; their processing rates and any other account fees are confirmed during setup.
Do we have to replace our current EMR?
No. You can explore DAS as an AI documentation and billing layer alongside your current system, or explore the broader DAS platform. We’ll confirm the supported connections and workflows for your practice during a demo.
What does the AI scribe actually do?
The encounter assistant uses dictated or transcribed information to help create clinical notes, populate structured forms, and prepare billing information. Clinicians review the documentation and billing suggestions before relying on them.
How does the voice intake agent work?
The in-room voice agent asks patients relevant intake questions and saves their answers into clinical forms as they speak. It can continue from saved progress. The patient portal also offers conversational intake by chat.
Which EMRs can DAS connect with?
Available connections depend on the system and workflow. ModMed has implemented connections for supported patient, appointment, insurance, and document workflows. Browser-extension support also depends on the specific system and actions. Tell us your current EMR so we can confirm compatibility.
Can DAS manage our entire practice?
DAS brings together intake, scheduling, clinical records, documentation, treatment planning, claims, invoicing, and payments. During a walkthrough, we’ll map those capabilities to your specialty and confirm whether your complete practice workflow is supported.
Are payments still part of DAS?
Yes. DAS includes invoices, secure online payment links, a patient portal, virtual and physical terminal payments, and recurring payment capabilities. Processing availability and commercial terms depend on your practice’s account and setup.
